Coastal high-wind & stilt home builder on Florida's Nature Coast

New raised homes on tall concrete-block piers, built from the slab up by a Florida Certified Building Contractor.

Coastal high-wind & stilt homes

We specialize in coastal “high-wind” homes, built through our construction division, Low Tide Construction & Property Maintenance Group LLC.

Along the Gulf coast and the Suwannee River, building up is how a home stays above the water. We build raised homes on tall concrete-block piers set on a new slab, then frame the floor, walls and roof on top of them.

Our job photos show the whole process: block piers with rebar, floor framing on the piers, sheathing, and finished homes with covered parking underneath, porches, and stairs with cable or wire-panel railing.

Need to get groceries and gear up to the living level? We also install Beach Butler cargo lifts and enclosed lift cabs on raised homes, so one crew can handle the house and the lift.
